GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Are you seeking an encouraging and supportive atmosphere to help you reach your health goals? If so, the group classes at Stonecipher Fitness are your answer. Our group classes will allow you to achieve your health and fitness goals, but with the help of added support from your classmates. Stonecipher Fitness specialty lies in our classes and we offer full hour courses in addition to 30-minute sessions. We keep our groups small, with a maximum of six people per class (Quick Stretch is up to eight), so our trainers can continue to help you cater to your individualized needs. The NASM certified trainers at Stonecipher Fitness can adjust each individual’s workout to their needs. Regardless of your current fitness level, we have a class that would be right for you. Our group classes still offer the same support as our personal training but is ideal for those who feel most comfortable working out with others or for those who need an accountability partner.
- Support – You not only have the support from your trainer, but you’ll build relationships and receive all kinds of support from your classmates as well.
- Cost – Group classes are cheaper than personal training, which means we might get to see you more often, and potentially help you get to your goals quicker.
- Workouts – We provide lots of variety in our workouts, making exercise exciting every time you come in!
- Flexibility – We offer several different options making it easy for you to jump in and out of classes each week as your schedule permits. We offer 60 minute and 30-minute classes starting as early as 6 am, and as late as 8:30 pm.
What Group Classes We Offer
Here at Stonecipher Fitness, we have 3 different types of classes to choose from. We encourage you to try them all at some point or create your own combination. You don’t have to stick to just one or the other! All of our classes include a short warmup, workout, and time to stretch either as a group or individually with your coach!
Group Fitness classes are designed for anyone to be able to participate. If you’re brand new to exercise, we will teach you the way, focusing on form and functional training for everyday life. If you’re experienced, we’ll help you perfect your form and push your limits! This class is an hour long and will be a full-body workout focusing on strength, core, and cardiovascular endurance.
Group Strength classes are for those that have had at least SOME experience with strength training (even if it’s our Group Fitness class). This class focuses on building maximum strength. You’ll use a few different modalities, focusing on Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, and TRX. This class is great for those wanting to build their strength and/or improve athletic performance.
Quick Fitness is our 30-minute class, and it’s set up just like Group Fitness, only shorter! This class is great for people of all fitness levels on a tight schedule, but still want to come in and get in a great, full-body workout. You can find quick classes on our schedule both mornings and evenings.
Please note: Due to our close-knit relationships with clients and highly-personalized workout plans, we do not offer open gym hours. Our studio is appointment and class-based. Please contact us today or visit our gym for a consultation with one of our highly trained professionals!

Our prices are the same for both of our massage therapy programs but vary depending on the amount of sessions and time. They start at $35 for a single, 30-minute session and go up to $105 for a single, two-hour session. Check out our savings by purchasing a package today!

Are you at a loss for your fitness goals? This is the place to go! I do the group classes but its so nice there is no more than 6 people in class so it is like getting one on one training! Jon and Adrienne really care about your goals and needs and are very supportive to get you where you need or want to be! Not only do they help you with your workouts they give you nutrition advice and also offer massage therapy. I could go on and on about the good things from this place but instead I just advise you to check it out for yourself!
