WHO IS Stonecipher Fitness?
Stonecipher Fitness is a community-focused, personal training facility that specializes in small group training. To us, it isn’t just training, we take it personal, and your success as a client is our success as coaches! We can help you reach your personal health and fitness goals by building a personalized plan geared for your lifestyle. Our philosophy is built on what we believe are the core components of health: Exercise, Nutrition, Recovery, and Support. By providing the tools to help you in all four of those areas, we can help you in your journey to a healthier, happier life.
At Stonecipher Fitness, our NASM certified trainers teach resistance training with an emphasis on proper movement. This training ranges from bodyweight exercises to dumbbell and TRX, all the way up to Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting for those interested. In each session, you’ll warm up, workout and cool down/stretch, all guided by your Coach!
You’ve heard it before. To achieve your goals, you have to focus on what you put in your mouth! We teach nutrition from a quality-first perspective. It’s important to know what foods are high quality, which will help you make better decisions no matter where you are. Whether you’re a vegan, a meat-eater, or have specific dietary needs, our Precision Nutrition certified coaches can improve your health by educating you on what to eat based on your personal goals. We will provide you with the tools you need to succeed including meal plans, recipes and grocery lists!
Everyone tends to spend more time focused on how hard they work, but not enough on how they recover from their most stressful days. That is why we teach our members about the importance of proper recovery techniques and stress management, which can apply to not only fitness but all aspects of your life. Learn techniques on stress-management, and pay a visit to one of our Licensed Massage Therapists for some real relief!
While the above practices can do wonders for your health and well-being, we want to solidify your success by providing a guide and community of support. Our staff is knowledgeable in how to support you through your journey to a healthier you, we know this isn’t easy for everyone (or anyone really). Our positivity-driven community will help inspire you, and provide you with a place you’ll feel welcomed and want to improve yourself, every time you step foot through the doors!
How Does This Work?
With an education in Stonecipher’s four core components, you can move forward in life with not only a better understanding of health but a better practice. Each element is important, but attempting to do all of them 100% from the start will overwhelm most people. Our trained professionals will be by your side throughout the entire process, teaching you step-by-step while supporting you along the way. Every progression is important, whether it be a small step or a giant leap.

Are you at a loss for your fitness goals? This is the place to go! I do the group classes but its so nice there is no more than 6 people in class so it is like getting one on one training! Jon and Adrienne really care about your goals and needs and are very supportive to get you where you need or want to be! Not only do they help you with your workouts they give you nutrition advice and also offer massage therapy. I could go on and on about the good things from this place but instead I just advise you to check it out for yourself!
