Do you enjoy working in group? Do you like to help motivate others and receive the same in return? Well this is the pathway for you. With our specialty classes, you get to have the experience of a having a personal trainer and program design while working with a group of like minded people. Classes are geared to have the maximum amount of training and support with a lighter toll on your budget.

Specialty Class Schedule:

TRX Suspension Training (all 3 separate classes):

Tues – 8pm | Thurs – 8pm | Sat – 9am

Group Weight Loss (2 separate classes)

Mon – 8pm | Wed – 8pm
